With more than 17 years of experience in branding, strategic communications, leadership, and community engagement, Kimberly has helped businesses, nonprofits, ministries, and public leaders communicate vision and drive meaningful change. She also brings five years of public service experience with the City of Dallas, where she currently serves as District Director for Dallas City Council District 8, leading initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, build strategic partnerships, and connect communities with opportunity.
Known for her authentic storytelling, practical leadership insights, and faith-centered approach, Kimberly speaks on leadership, purpose, resilience, community engagement, personal growth, and spiritual transformation. Whether addressing corporate teams, conferences, churches, women's events, nonprofits, or civic organizations, she equips audiences with actionable strategies and renewed confidence to lead where they are.
Kimberly is the founder of Elevated Media & Design Group, creator of the transformational UNBOUND program, and founder of Evolved Ministries, where she helps individuals experience healing, discover purpose, and walk boldly in the freedom God has designed for their lives.
She holds a degree in Graphic Design and Merchandising from Wade College, a Social Entrepreneurship Certificate from Southern Methodist University (SMU), is a Board Certified Christian Counselor, and earning an Executive MBA from the University of East London.
Kimberly believes every person has a voice worth hearing, a purpose worth pursuing, and a legacy worth building. Her mission is simple: to inspire others to speak with truth, lead with courage, and live on purpose.
